  1. Excellent list. I am pleased to see here 45 Years and Clouds of Sils Maria.

    • Thank you so much! I saw Sils Maria in 2014 actually and didn’t realize until very late this year that it was a 2015 release, catapulting it into my top 25. 45 Years doesn’t get enough credit, a genuinely heartbreaking film.

  2. Nice list. Im glad Ex Machina and Sicario made your top 10. They were in mine. If I saw The Revenant sooner. It would have been in my top 10 for sure too

  3. Glad to see SICARIO coming in so high on your list. Seems all but forgotten during this awards season, which is a shame.

  4. Nice list! We share a big whopping two in our Top 10! 🙂 (Actually 3. The Revenant would definitely be there but I didn’t wait on its release). But you do cover most of my list in your Top 25. Love that you included Phoenix and Sicario. Great, great movies.

  5. Loving the love for Sicario Joseph. That’s a pretty terrific list there, great year. Here’s to another!

  6. Excellent picks Joseph!
